Shipping with WonderWall

WonderWall is a curated online shop based in San Francisco. Depending on the product, your order may ship from WonderWall or directly from a brand or fulfillment partner. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.

Destinations and shipping charges

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options available for your items. Availability and charges depend on the product, fulfillment location and destination. Your shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before you place your order.

For items covered by WonderWall’s standard domestic shipping rates, standard shipping is $8 on orders under $70 and free on orders of $70 or more. A $15 express option is available for eligible items where shown at checkout. These rates are not a storewide promise: partner-fulfilled items and orders containing products from multiple locations may have different or combined shipping charges. The options and total displayed at checkout apply to your order.

Processing, delivery and tracking

Processing and delivery times vary by item and fulfillment partner. Review any delivery estimate on the product page or at checkout before ordering. Express shipping, when available, does not necessarily shorten a supplier’s processing time. We do not promise one delivery window for every product in our assortment.

Shipment updates and tracking details, when available, are sent to the email address provided with your order. Separate shipments may have separate tracking numbers. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the details for that item.

For return eligibility and instructions, please read our return and refund policy. WonderWall pays return postage for eligible, approved returns and does not charge a restocking fee.
