With an opposite mash bill of our bourbon whiskey, the Incline Rye is distilled and aged in Colorado Springs in #4 charred, new American white oak barrels. The finished whiskey is blended with a small amount of Indiana rye whiskey and cut with fresh Rocky Mountain water.
On the nose, you will find aromas of clove, warm rye bread, and oak. On the palate, a delightful sweet vanilla, cinnamon, and rich oak linger.
