Rue de Rêve apéritifs are made with California wine, grape spirits (brandy), fruit and botanicals. The brandy infusion adds a beautiful bit of refinement and complexity, while the fruit and botanicals excite the palate. With a nod to our name and the base plant of ancient aromatized wine, all of our apéritifs include artemisia douglasiana, otherwise known as the “The Dream Plant.”
