This whiskey is distilled from Seven Stills Hefeweisen, which was aged in New American Oak for two years and bottled at 47% ABV in 750ml bottles.

Tasting Notes: This whiskey is full bodied and flavorful. The use of the wheat in the base bear adds both a silky texture to the finished whiskey, and a subtle sweetness present in many wheat whiskeys. The strong malted barley and specialty malt backbone add layers of complexity and distinct flavors. This whiskey is reminiscent of a single-malt whiskey, but layered with unique flavors.
