Fancy Monkey mixes are vegan, plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO, sweetened with real cane sugar and made without artificial dyes, artificial flavors, preservatives or phosphates. Use plant-based milk to keep your prepared pudding vegan.

HOW TO FANCY MONKEY

Whisk one pouch with 2 cups of cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Prepare each pouch separately. For milk-specific adjustments, see the Fancy Monkey Milk Guide.

Fancy Monkey makes vegan, plant-based instant pudding mixes sweetened with real cane sugar and made with non-GMO ingredients and no artificial colors. Founded by pastry chef Jen, the brand brings more than 35 years of dessert-making experience to a nostalgic favorite.

Jen’s career spans professional pastry kitchens, recipe development for natural food brands, and bakery ownership. In 2011, she co-founded Lucky’s Bakehouse in Boulder, Colorado, a neighborhood bakery rooted in creativity and community.

Fancy Monkey began with a simple question: why couldn’t instant pudding taste more like homemade? Jen set out to reimagine the familiar dessert with thoughtfully chosen ingredients and the care of a pastry chef. The result is a fresh take on classic comfort, made for everyday sweet moments.
